PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AND RETURNS SOLUTIONS AREA

According to current legislation, you can proceed to return products, for whatever reason, within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do this, the conditions set forth in this conditions page must be met.

You can do it by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. The consumer and user will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

Return conditions for customers

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS: No refunds will be accepted for the following products, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
    1. The provision of services: once the service has been fully executed or when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been Completely executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
    2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer can not control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
    3. The supply of tailored goods or according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
    4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
    5. The supply of sealed goods that are not fit to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery (eg underwear, kitchen products and the like).
    6. The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.
    7. The supply of sealed audio, music, or video recordings or sealed software that has been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
    8. The supply of digital content that is not provided in a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal.

  • CONDITION OF THE STATE: All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, always in perfect condition and properly protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise Montros Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • FORM OF REQUESTING THE RETURN: Once you have filled out and sent the return form, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities in your e-mail. You must send the products without any delay, within a maximum period of 15 days from when you communicate your desire to exercise the right.
  • TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES OF THE RETURN: originated by the return will be according to the following conditions:
    1. FREE: If you return a product due to an error by Montros Cosmetics, we will cover the cost of the return as long as you have used and followed our return instructions, and always using only the transport company that we define, by default Express Mail.
    2. FIXED COST: If the return of the product is for another reason that is not an error of Montros Cosmetics, the return costs are € 5 (VAT included), which will be deducted from the credit that we will make once we have the goods in our possession and the conditions of the product and its condition have been verified.

  • MONEY RETURN: Once the goods have been received and proven to be in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, discounted the cost of the return transport in case it has a cost. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the product (s), and verified its status, we can retain the refund. The refund will always be made using the same form of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
  • RETURN OF OFFERS, OR PROMOTIONS: The return of products with gift or promotion, will be mandatory the complete return (complete pack or article + gift) to be able to proceed to the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded it in order to proceed with the full payment. In the case that it has been downloaded, the amount of the game will be deducted from the total to be reimbursed.
